Shoryu Ramen Kensington

I would highly recommend this place, great food, great atmosphere, great price too. Bao buns were delicious. The people here were very friendly too.

We’ve been visiting this ramen shop for a few times. No regrets about the food, service and ambiance. The ramen and its soup are superb! The spicy chicken bun is yummy.

Very tasty Japannese food in London!! The ramen and the katsu curry are simply outstading!!! Delicious everytime we visit them...I highly recommend it!

Had been to Shoryu with 3 of my family members who were already fans of the Ramen here..I was skeptical at first but am now a converted fan of the amazing Ramen..We had some pork Gyoza, Takoyaki, and each of us had a diff ramen dish..Mine in particular was the Chicken Katsu Curry ramen- the broth was finger licking good...Shoryu is a must visit for Ramen lovers.

We chose to eat at Shoryu because it was close to our accommodation on our first night in England, my wife and I were knackered and jet-lagged, and the prices seemed good, especially as they had an early bird special. I am not the biggest fan of Ramen, because in my experience, it's just unimpressive noodles. Expectations were not overly high. However, we were in for a pleasant surprise. Shoryu has redefined Ramen for me. Their broth was to die for. We don't like spicy food; Shoryu's broth was so full-bodied and tasty, I could have just had the broth and been satisfied. Obviously, they had the condiments to add if you want your food spicy, but my wife and I found it perfect as it was. This was their early bird special; it was exceptional value, delicious and very filling. Shoryu provided us with the optimal start to our UK/Ireland holiday, with a very nice atmosphere and superb service. We will be eating there again tonight.

Excellent Ramen restaurant in a busy location. Welcoming, professional, and fast service, and everything we ordered was delicious.

Food was delicious. I had the classic tonkotsu ramen and it tasted just like what you'd get in japan. Umami flavour and brilliant on a cold day. Service was quick and efficient and our waiter Romik was very smiley and friendly. I just wish I had room to try the mochi brownie for dessert.

We are returning customer but there is bitter sweet memory this time that we would like to give a big shout out to the team. Shoryu’s ramen is absolutely delicious. I would highly recommend the Kotteri Hakata Tonkotsu . The atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming . After the amazing dinner we went to our car to find someone broke into our car. A passenger window was smashed. Some kids belongings were missing but later found lying on the floor not far away from the car. The glass was every where even on the seats!We tried calling the police but they didn’t come and said it was not an emergency! We tried to pick up the glass piece by piece but it’s impossible. The restaurant manager came and helped us out by borrowing us their vacuum to clear the glass. He also brought us things to cover where the window was. So we can at last drive home. You can imagine how helpless we were finding out ourselves in such situation at the end of a family day out. It’s Shoryu Restaurant and the team who delivered above and beyond to save our day. As my boy said not every hero wears cape. Sorry that I didn’t take very good photos of the food but I will definitely visit again.
